Please note that FirstChoice Hiring reserves the right to remove from our database Information that includes any content that we consider illegal or offensive. We will respect your choices to limit sharing or visibility settings in your “My Account”.

You can deactivate or delete your account at any time, make your profile anonymous, or choose not to make it searchable. To deactivate, please go to “My Account”.

However, if you would like to delete your account permanently, you can send an email to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) (see below) with the subject line “Permanently delete my information and account.” Please do not forget to tell us who you are.

We do not share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of FirstChoice Hiring unless one of the following requirements is met:

Job board software platform providers;

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
